Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 15 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- Valorique Venture does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any refunds approved by Valorique Venture, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
Return Policy
- We offer a refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer any return, exchange, or refund.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Only items that are defective or damaged will be considered for replacement upon valid exchange requests.
- Some product categories may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
- For approved return/exchange requests.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If the item passes our quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our return/exchange policies.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order placement and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery schedule agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary between 5 to 10 days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are subject to the norms and policies of the respective courier companies or postal authorities.
The Platform Owner shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier or postal service providers.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer during the checkout process.
Confirmation of service delivery will be sent to the email address specified by the buyer at the time of registration.
